We all go through moments and days of confusion or frustration. The key is to move forward and not stay stuck. I find taking time to work out, do deep breathing or writing out my feelings helps greatly. In the heat of the moment it is easy to say or do things you don’t want to do. It is always better to remove yourself from the situation and not let the challenge ruin a friendship, job, or other relationship. You have the ability and potential to make positive progress in your life.
No matter what happens it is vital to stay on a path of health, happiness and healing. You can do this by giving yourself the outlets and tools to make positive change.
