Welcome to our page about learning to stay calm and resist anger coaching. When we are angry and upset it seems hard to stay calm. We may grow frustrated or upset with others.
There are tools and tips to be both peaceful and joyous. It takes effort to shift our behavioral patterns. We may decide we need to go on a spiritual journey to feel happier.
We provide coaching by a noted author and coach. His name is Blake LeVine and he has written many books. He is a terrific coach to help you learn breathing and other tools to lessen stress.
